Nikki Fitch is a Family & Community Engagement Manager focused on helping families feel confident, informed, and equipped as they navigate developmental delays, disabilities, and their child’s overall growth.
Nikki began her professional career in the elementary school system, supporting students with special needs. She later spent over a decade in early intervention, helping hundreds of families access services and resources for children with developmental delays and disabilities. She now leads statewide efforts to elevate family voice, strengthen collaboration across early childhood systems, and improve pathways to developmental supports.
As a parent of a child with developmental differences, this experience has deeply shaped her perspective and commitment to families. Outside of work, she volunteers at the fossil prep lab at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science and enjoys spending time with her husband, teenage son, and fluffy Pomeranian.
