Thank you for joining us for the August 11 Quarterly DEC PD CoP meeting, where we had the opportunity to focus on coaching and mentoring. We truly appreciated your engagement as Jen Harrington, Pat Snyder, and Crystal Bishop guided us in reflecting on Practice-Based Coaching (PBC), emphasizing that its function is to support the implementation of effective practices, while the associated forms serve as specific, visible components, activities, and strategies that support that function.
