    Hello DEC Committee Chairs and Members!

    DEC is creating/updating Committee Member webpages in honor of the work each of you do for the organization. As a reference, you may want visit the PPC Committee Member page… https://www.dec-sped.org/ppcmembers 

    If your committee is in the process of adding members and others are stepping off, no problem. The form is for additions, changes, and removal of member information. Curious about the process? Attached is a document showing the form entry fields. 

    The project does not have a deadline and the form is always open. Participation is completely voluntary. The form has very few required fields, so each person can decide for themselves what they are comfortable sharing.  
    NOTE: Executive Board Liaisons, please do enter your information as you are not an "officially elected" committee member. Thank you.
